Do I need to be technical?
No. The room exists precisely because you are not. If you can describe how your business runs, we can teach it to your AI. You will understand every piece of what you own by the time you leave, in plain language.
What exactly do I take home?
A Mac Mini that belongs to you, with your own AI running on it: your documents, your processes, your prices, your way of doing things, answering questions and doing real work. Plus your active membership in the Sovereign AI Club, which keeps it alive, current and unlimited.
What is the Sovereign AI Club?
What keeps your AI running and current: unlimited use at one flat price, market briefings in owner language, a members' space for your questions, and live sessions with Francisco. Founding access is reserved for mastermind owners, and the full membership options are presented in the room. The Mac Mini and everything on it are yours regardless.
Where and when is it?
USA, August 2026, two consecutive days. The exact city and dates are confirmed with accepted applicants first. Travel and hotel are on you; the hardware, the build and every meal during the two days are on us.
Is my data safe in the room?
Safer than it has ever been with AI. Your data goes onto your machine, in your hands, in front of you. Nothing is uploaded to a third-party AI service, and we show you how to verify that yourself. That is the whole point of owning.
Why is there no refund?
Because ten seats, the hardware and the room are prepaid, and because the room only works if everyone in it is committed. In exchange you get the outcome guarantee: you leave with your AI running, or we don't leave. And if the fit isn't right, we tell you at the application stage, before any money moves.
What if I need this for a bigger team?
Private builds exist: we come to you and build it across your operation, by application only. Mention it in your application and Francisco will talk it through with you on a call.
