Feanor Services in the Age of AI LLC (“Feanor”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal information used to operate this website, handle business enquiries and arrange referrals. Our mailing address is 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.
This policy covers website visitors, business contacts and prospective program participants. Business contact information is different from the operational dataset a business may choose to license to a buyer. Feanor does not receive or hold that licensing dataset as part of its referral role. The buyer is responsible for its own processing under the separate buyer agreement and privacy information.
If Feanor processes personal data on a customer’s instructions during an AI implementation, the customer’s notice, signed agreement and applicable Data Processing Addendum govern that processing.
When you communicate with us, we receive the contact details, business information and message you choose to provide, together with correspondence and any relevant agreement details. Please do not provide business archives, customer records, sensitive personal information or passwords in an initial enquiry.
Visiting the site also involves technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, referring page where supplied and request time. Our hosting and delivery infrastructure processes this information to serve and protect the site.
Online enquiries: the submission form asks for your name, company email, request and the four qualification answers. Submitting sends that information to Feanor through Resend, our email delivery provider, and into our business mailbox. Completing the fit check alone will not send it. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
We use business contact information to answer requests, assess potential fit, discuss a referral, agree and deliver services, and maintain business correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We may also retain information to meet legal duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where applicable, our legal bases are steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, managing business relationships and protecting the website; and compliance with legal obligations. Where you act for a company, business correspondence generally relies on those legitimate interests rather than a contract with you personally. If processing requires consent, we ask separately and you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Information may be handled by hosting, security and delivery providers, email providers and personnel who need it for the purposes above. The site uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Some pages load fonts from Google, which receives technical request information when your browser requests them.
Before sharing your named enquiry or contact details with a prospective data buyer, we will explain the proposed introduction and ask your permission. A buyer receiving an introduction is responsible for its subsequent use of your information. Feanor may receive a referral commission if a licensing deal closes; this does not authorise selling your website enquiry or licensing your business records.
We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and security, to professional advisers, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.
Feanor is based in the United States. Our website and communications providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose laws may differ from yours. Where EU or UK transfer restrictions apply, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. You may contact us for details of safeguards applicable to your information.
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, pursue an active business relationship and resolve related matters. Contract and transaction records may need longer retention for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. We assess retention by purpose, the relationship’s status and applicable legal obligations, and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. Provider backups and security logs may follow separate retention cycles.
The submission service keeps limited delivery receipts (a message hash, provider reference and timestamp) for approximately 30 days to prevent duplicate sends. It also uses temporary IP-based rate limits for abuse prevention. The enquiry itself is processed in email systems; the 30-day receipt period is not a promise that mailbox copies are deleted after 30 days.
We use measures intended to restrict unauthorised access and protect information in transit and in our systems. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Share only information necessary for your enquiry; any later access to business systems must be agreed separately.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Exceptions and identity verification requirements may apply. We respond within the time limits required by applicable law, generally one month for EU/UK requests, subject to lawful extensions.
You may complain to your local data protection authority. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us first.
Where a state privacy law applies to Feanor and your information, you may have rights to know or access information, correct it, request deletion or portability, and opt out of covered sales, targeted advertising or certain profiling. You may use an authorised agent where permitted and appeal a denied request where the applicable law provides that right. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell website enquiry details or use the current qualification form for cross-context behavioural advertising. A business’s optional licensing transaction with a buyer is separate and is not authorised by visiting this site or using the fit check. Referral permission is not permission to transfer the business’s dataset. Any proposed processing of personal information in licensed records must be assessed and agreed separately before transfer.
The current qualification form does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or browser storage to track your answers. Hosting and security infrastructure may use technical cookies or request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Third-party font requests also disclose technical information to the font provider. Browser settings can control cookies, although blocking essential features may affect site operation.
If we offer an enquiry form within Facebook or another advertising platform, the notice displayed with that form will explain the information sent to Feanor. The platform also processes information under its own privacy policy. Such a form is separate from this website’s browser-only fit check.
Our services are intended for adult business representatives, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can assess and remove it as appropriate.
The fit check applies simple screening guidelines to your answers in your browser. It does not approve a licensing deal, determine a payment or make a legally binding decision. Any proposed engagement requires further review and agreement.
We will revise this policy when our practices change and show the updated date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. A policy update does not itself authorise a new use that requires your consent.
Send privacy questions, rights requests or appeals to Feanor Services in the Age of AI LLC, Attn: Privacy, 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Include enough information to identify your interaction and a way to reply. Do not send identity documents unless we request a proportionate verification method. The qualification form is for business enquiries and is not the route for privacy requests.
For a business enquiry, complete the form to see if your business qualifies. You choose whether to send your details after the fit check.
