Who pays whom?

The buyer pays for the license and pays our referral fee. We use part of that fee to build your agreed AI tools.

1. Check the fit

We start with your company profile: role, headcount, years of digital records, industry and location. Our initial focus is established US businesses, generally with 20+ employees and 3+ years of digital operating history. Some buyers require 30+ employees or other criteria. These are screening guidelines, not approval.

2. Review the licensing offer

You choose whether to proceed with a buyer introduction. The buyer reviews the opportunity and, if interested, proposes scope, price, permitted uses and payment milestones. You review and sign the license directly with the buyer. Feanor does not collect, receive or transfer your licensing dataset.

You keep your original records. A license gives the buyer the agreed rights to a copy, potentially for AI training or evaluation. Duration, exclusivity, onward use and required preparation are governed by that license. Keeping originals does not mean that no information leaves your business.

3. Agree the AI implementation

Before work begins, Feanor and your business agree the workflow, deliverables, acceptance criteria, delivery schedule and training. Scope scales with the commission available, and every completed Feanor program engagement includes an agreed implementation. We do not promise a fixed suite of tools for every deal.

Implementation begins after Feanor receives the qualifying referral commission. Owner payment and Feanor payment may occur at different times. Configuration takes place through an agreed delivery arrangement; any access needed for implementation is separately authorized and is not permission to obtain your licensing dataset.

Fees and ongoing costs

Referral compensation is paid by the buyer under its program terms. Some programs advertise 10% or 20%; others offer fixed or capped rewards. The applicable terms must be confirmed for each introduction. Part of Feanor’s commission funds your implementation, with no additional implementation fee to you for the agreed scope.

Software subscriptions, hosting, hardware, maintenance, additional work and ongoing support are not automatically included. Any such costs and responsibilities must be stated in the implementation agreement before you commit.

Payment claims and eligibility

“Up to $200,000” describes the potential licensing opportunity promoted here, not a guaranteed payment, valuation, typical result or promise of acceptance. A buyer may offer less or nothing. Actual scope and payment depend on review of the records, authority to license, usefulness and commercial demand. Public buyer examples are not Feanor customer results. Feanor does not claim a completed program deal or guaranteed buyer acceptance.

If the deal does not close

No included implementation begins and no implementation fee is due. You may separately choose a paid AI project through a new agreement. Completing a form or fit check does not obligate you to license data, buy services or pay a fee.

What happens after your enquiry?

We arrange a conversation to confirm your company profile and the workflow you want improved. We request your permission before introducing you to a buyer. Do not send business archives, customer records, credentials or sensitive files with your enquiry.

Complete the fit check on our homepage, then enter your name, company email and request. Your enquiry and all four qualification answers are sent privately to our team. We’ll reply to your company email to arrange the next step.

Submitting an enquiry does not book an appointment or commit you to a license.
