If fewer than three agreed workflows are accepted because of Feanor's delivery failure, we refund $2,000 for each missing workflow. The client must provide an internal owner, timely access and decisions, staff participation, and acceptance testing.

Francisco has spent 15 years building technology companies and teaching. He was named an MIT Technology Review Innovator Under 35 in 2018, wrote Beat the Humans on the future of work with AI, and has spoken at Google I/O, Imperial College London and the World Economic Forum.
